In this Page you find access to The Baroque flute fingering book. I have only a very old worn version of the first edition. It looks horrible, especially the front page, but the rest is quite usable. There is a lot of interesting information in it. So I thought it might be nice to have access to it.
The originals, also the reprint are not available any more.
