All prices include costs such as transportation (DHL etc.), insurance and
all taxes (except duties but they can be kept very small.
I do most 'not third party paid' repairs at no charge whatever the age of the flute. I have only a small number of repairs per year, so I can afford to do this.
Students: I do not make a student model but maybe the student payment page is interesting!
My flutes are available by mail order with a waiting time of at most eight weeks. In the end I will have to have made them all so I do not believe in long waiting times this is just a question of planning. At exhibitions and at my workshop flutes can usually be acquiered from stock.

(!) a joint is not a flute, it is just a middle piece that changes the pitch. So these are not "cheap flutes".
For mail orders my normal way of working is the following. I would like to receive a minimum of 1/3 of the price as deposit to confirm the order, the rest to be paid within two weeks after receiving the instrument. The flute will be sent DHL, as everything further except for duties included in the price. I keep duties low by giving a low price for customs. The deposit is also the necessary confirmation in my planning.
I give the exact week, about eight weeks after receiving the deposit, when I could send the flute.
You may use PayPal for payment. There are PayPal buttons guiding you through the process on this page below. You could also use WISE with the bank data found on this page or do a direct bank transfer. I prefer the last because the other methods cost me.
